Whilst it doesn't surprise me that they're making it addictive it does surprise me that I didn't realise... I've used so much Carmex for the past 15 years it's unbelievable. I made a choice this week to stop using it, because I wondered if part of the problem with my lips is linked with Carmex. It could be any of the ingredients that my body isn't liking.

It's made me look at skin care in a whole new light... I wouldn't be surprised if I end up using 100% natural products or just water from now on.

So true, I'm tired of all the chemicals in my food, soaps, cleaning agents. I recently read that my favorite lip balm Blistex, which works really well, better than others for me, has titanium dioxide. A lovely chemical that is currently listed as one of the most deadly & toxic. Looks like I will just use a natural one or even olive oil!

Hi Dazzle Rebel,
Thanks for your comment - you have an interesting point about how a sense of unfairness can reduce motivation at levels below executive.
I think the main problem people have is the huge gap between the super rich and everyone else. It's when multimillion pound company executives get huge bonuses that dwarf the annual pay of most folk while at the same time making job cuts, freezing or reducing their workers pay and still running the company further into the red. If the void between the elite and everyone else was reduced and as mentioned reward wasn't just about the £££'s we'll be onto a winner when providing incentive for the work force.
